The Account Team

Account Manager

Your Account Manager is your primary contact, responsible for the relationship between both parties. They’re a key point of escalation but also act as your strategic partner, feeding in your objectives and functional requirements, to your wider Account Service team. They will be responsible for managing proposals for additional work requirements – overseeing the delivery of projects, facilitating knowledge hand-over on projects and finding resolution for non-technical issues.

Your Account Manager will meet with you, on an on-going basis, to discuss the service we provide you and any evolving business requirements within your Microsoft Dynamics roadmap. They will also actively seek to advise you of any product developments or enhancements that may be advantageous to you.

Periodically, we will visit you to review how the solution is working for you, offer productivity advice and best practice. We recognise every client’s operation is unique; we share knowledge across the wider team so that we can all support you, without reliance to any specific individual.

 
Quality Manager

We are ISO9001:20015 accredited. To be one of the first, if not the first, to be certified with ISO 9001:2015 is a huge achievement – testament to the dedication of the team in delivering a quality service.
Our Account Manager work closely with our Quality Manager, should our service ever fall below your expectations, our Quality Management Systems is designed to ensure we get back-on-track, quickly. However, our quality approach also ensures we continuously evaluate where challenges are and where to make improvements in our service – this is often facilitated through quality calls to clients.

 

The Delivery Team

Consultants

A specialist Consultant will analyse your business requirements and will design solutions that work for you, ensuring your current and future needs are considered. We’ll always ensure they are conversant with your system, providing you with clear functional specifications and accurate estimates.

 
Developers

Underpinned by a programme of product learning, our expert team of consultants will work with our developers to ensure that you’re confident that day-to-day modifications are carried out quickly and effectively, with little disruption to your operation.

 

The Support Desk

The support team will be working seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure your operations run smoothly. Azzure IT provides a dedicated support team to resolve your day-to-day system issues. We’ll ensure your enquiries are dealt with punctually, with issues overseen to a prompt resolution.
