Azzure IT introduces a Quality Manager, Debbie Barton. The new quality manager will independently audit our customer experience, whilst taking us closer to ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
With a management background in manufacturing and service sectors, Debbie’s role will ensure consistent performance throughout the business, to review and improve systems and processes and gain formal quality accreditation. The appointment follows a period of rapid growth and further recognition that a major contributing factor to Azzure IT’s success is its excellent customer service and partnership approach.
“The introduction of a Quality Manager was a strategic decision, to allow the business to remain on its current performance for growth”, said Craig Such, MD. “Typically this sort of role is associated with much larger organisations in industries other than IT but service is a key differentiator for us – one of the reasons that we win and retain clients. Debbie’s appointment is a key milestone in the growth of the business, and our commitment to quality will nurture positive long-term relationships with both clients and employees.”
Debbie Barton added, “Having worked in both service and manufacturing I have experience from both sides of the relationship. This gives me an excellent grounding to shape the quality manager role at Azzure IT.
