Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, Azzure IT

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You will be exposed to the full life cycle of Dynamics CRM projects and receive mentoring from experienced consultants to help you become a Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant
You will take part in workshops to analyse client’s business requirements, understand their objectives and identify effective ways that Dynamics CRM can add value to the business
You will create test plans, acceptance criteria and lead the testing phase of the Dynamics CRM solution before implementing the system
You will assist the clients during the User Acceptance Testing phase
Where required, work with Sales and Development to produce estimations for any additional solutions or GAPS as identified during the BA and SFD phase.
Assist in the high level planning and implementation methodology of not only your projects but projects of others when requested.
Negotiate and manage the functional scope to reduce business and technical risks for both the client and Azzure IT.
Assist Solutions Architects and Software Developers with the creation of detailed Software Design Specifications.
Have the ability to review the Solution Framework Documents to ensure the configuration of any proposed solutions – both your own and those of others – are aligned with the functional solution and requirements of the customer.


With assistance from a senior consultant, you are responsible for meeting directly with customers and clients to find out their ERP, CRM or general business related needs. You will incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan that serves the company’s full client pool.
You’ll have great organisational skills, usually gained when taking a lead role in a project. This skills requires the ability to deal with ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities and meet goals and deadlines.
Your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to influence people will be key to this role. A great Junior Consultant has excellent relationship management skills. An understanding of people and how to liaise with others is crucial through any major change in a business, and you’ll be able to do this with ease.
Experience with modelling business process and translating requirements into a business application.
Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management.
You will have track record of testing and delivering Dynamics CRM projects, or working with in some capacity (supporting, power user etc.) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or previous CRM versions such as 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016 CRM).
You will have the ability to customise Dynamics CRM forms, views, workflows and dashboards
You’ll look to maintain a good understanding, even perhaps a working knowledge of what does not constitute your core focus in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts.
You will have the ability to travel to visit clients onsite.
