Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, Azzure IT

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Analyse software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications, through Business Analysis and Solution Framework documentation.
Both follow Azzure’s SureStep methodology but also add value and recommendations where improvements are needed.
Be an advocate and champion of the methodologies we use and encourage adoption throughout the team.
Conduct formal workshops with the clients to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs.
Where required, work with Sales and Development to produce estimations for any additional solutions or GAPS as identified during the BA and SFD phase.
Assist in the high level planning and implementation methodology of not only your projects but projects of others when requested.
Lead the functional design process. Facilitates design workshops (or mentor where a C1, C2, or C3 Consultant is leading the workshop or training).
Assist in the grading and planning for C1, C2, and C3 Consultants to help with their learning pathways.
Negotiate and manage the functional scope to reduce business and technical risks for both the client and Azzure IT.
Assist Solutions Architects and Software Developers with the creation of detailed Software Design Specifications.
Have the ability to review the Solution Framework Documents to ensure the configuration of any proposed solutions – both your own and those of others – are aligned with the functional solution and requirements of the customer.
Conduct training for clients and Azzure IT staff alike.


Have surpassed the requirements, skills and experience of grades of C1, C2 and C3 for an Azzure Consultant.
Have completed at least two Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 (MB2-715, MB2-716, MB2-717 or MB2-718)
You are responsible for meeting directly with customers and clients to find out their ERP, CRM or general business related needs. You will incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan that serves the company’s full client pool.
You’ll have great organisational skills, usually gained when taking a lead role in a project. This skills requires the ability to deal with ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities and meet goals and deadlines.
Have experience on a large number of successful implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, (or previous CRM versions such as 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016 CRM).
With a good general knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, you can ensure that you always have a plan for learning new tools and solutions – done in conjunction with Azzure IT but also your own desires and interests.
Your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to influence people will be key to this role. A great Senior Consultant has excellent relationship management skills. An understanding of people and how to liaise with others is crucial through any major change in a business, and you’ll be able to do this with ease.
If asked, you’ll be able to manage vendors, liaise with the technical team, report to senior managers (both within Azzure or our clients and work with end users to ensure a smooth transition.
You have an ability to translate experience in distribution, manufacturing and service environments to creatively solve client business/application issues.
Experience with modelling business process and translating requirements into a business application.
Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management.
You’ll have experience and a great working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Talent, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service, or Microsoft Social Engagement.
Experience and knowledge of marketing platforms available to integrate with Dynamics 365 CRM (Dynamics 365 for Marketing, ClickDimensions, other email marketing platforms).
Proven experience with Microsoft Portals/ADXStudio in implementation, design and configuration
You’ll have knowledge of various aspects of reporting in relation to Dynamics 365 CRM. This will include SSRS, FetchXML, PowerBI and the standard D365 CRM Reporting Wizard
You’ll have a great understanding of the more complex technical topics in your chosen core product.
You’ll look to maintain a good understanding, even perhaps a working knowledge of what does not constitute your core focus in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts.
