Update Regarding Coronavirus


An update from Craig Such, Azzure IT’s Managing Director:


With the ongoing situation with Coronavirus, we wanted to update you with the plans we have in place at Azzure to ensure continued service for our clients and to re-assure you that our plans should mean that services to customers would be unaffected.

Our Business Continuity plans allow the business to operate with people based from different locations – including from home.  In fact, some of our day to day work is already carried out from multiple office locations and by homeworkers.  Customers will be unaffected by these Continuity Plans and our systems are already working to support this method of working – including our phone system.

All our staff are being kept informed of the guidelines from Public Health England and are taking the necessary precautions and measures.

Obviously, some of our work is field based and working with clients face to face.  Where possible, we will make use of remote working.  In order to protect our customers and our teams, if any member of our teams have been to any of the countries on the Public Health England list or have any symptoms that mean they should self-isolate, then we will not send them to your site.

Should we agree that face to face consultancy will take place, we would ask that you notify us if any of your staff have been to any of these countries or if they have symptoms where they should self-isolate prior to our visit so we can discuss any implications this might have.  The current list of countries is here:
